Privacy policy

This is a courtesy translation. The French version is the only legally binding one: the activity is registered in France and French law applies.

This site is published by Laurent LABECA, Strength and conditioning coach / Personal trainer in Guadeloupe. This page explains what data is collected, why, and what you can demand.

What is collected

Nothing is collected when you simply read the site. There is no form on the public pages: to get in touch you go through WhatsApp or email, and those exchanges then happen outside this site.

If you write to Laurent LABECA, he keeps your message and your contact details for as long as your request and the follow-up of your coaching require.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and uses no tracker designed to follow you from one site to another. No consent banner is therefore necessary.

Technical providers

Hosting is provided by Vercel Inc. (United States), which records technical connection logs, including your IP address, to keep the service running and secure. The site content is stored with Supabase, on servers located in the European Union.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, by writing to laurent@lbk-globaltraining.com. You will get an answer within one month. You can also refer the matter to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, if that answer does not satisfy you.
